Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
Currently it is only within Canada, if you are wanting a product shipped to another country please contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
It varies depending on where you are within Canada as we do not have a current fixed rate; our website will calculate the cost based on your shipping address and the type of shipping you chose before final payment.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can. Once the order is processed a shipping number will be emailed to you and you can follow along with the package.
Do I need to pay customs and duties charges?
Customs charges are outside of Ink Iron Memories control and are charged at the sole discretion of your local customs office. Due to this, we are unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur. We’re unable to predict if or when you may be charged but for more information you can always contact your local customs office.
Do you offer express shipping?
Our shipping time is usually between 1-3 days, however if you need it within a certain time period you can always contact us to see what we can do for you.
Orders
Where is my Order?
Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with our Customer Service team with your order details. Please make sure to send us your order number so we can investigate your order status for you.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once your order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel your order, so please make sure your order is correct before the final checkout stage. Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable items.
What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?
Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.
If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!
What do I do if I am missing a magnet or received the wrong order?
Please contact customer service with pictures of the product you received and your order details.
Can I place a bulk order and get it at a discount rate?
Yes, please contact customer service with your order details.
Payment
What payment methods do you use?
We accept most major credit card companies, and Apple/Google Pay.
Why doesn’t my discount code work?
Firstly, please check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, please check that you are not applying more than one discount code at a time. If it’s still not working, please contact our Customer Service team with your discount code and we will be able to advise you further.
